Well-being Strategy
Ensuring your strategy meets the need of your employees and delivers business outcomes
Background
Â
A European healthcare business with a very strong productivity and team work ethos needed to define what a prominent wellbeing strategy could look like for their business and how it could transform their employees productivity.
Â
Â
Our Action
Â
We worked with our client to capture core organisational data to understand internal operations. This enabled us to implement analysis via a well-being perspective.

We reviewed HR statistics on absence, Occupational Health, EAP, engagement surveys and other existing wellbeing initiatives to understand threats, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.

We presented our best practice analysis to executives which demonstrated the company’s positioning and roadmap.

Quick productive wins were introduced to the client to implement short term. Whilst, key priorities were identified to take forward the wider corporate vision and objectives.

Â
